What to expect
A wash, cut and style, done without rushing. Reviewers came in after years without a haircut, with very thick hair, or with no idea what they wanted, and say the stylist helped them decide what was best and gave an honest opinion when they were unsure. Others wanted volume and left with hair that looked fuller. Mums bring daughters too: one reviewer rang on the day and got a same-day appointment for both of them.
